At Amazon Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most new, unopened beauty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return shipping method and print the provided prepaid return label or generate a mobile QR code.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all seals and protective layers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Drop Off

  Take your package to a designated drop-off location, such as a UPS store or Amazon Hub Locker, to complete the shipping process.
